In line with Director General Decree No. 374/DST/D.D1/HM.01.01/2026 on the Technical Guidelines for Scientific Journal Accreditation, and as part of our continuous quality improvement efforts, the journal has updated the following pages to improve clarity, transparency, and consistency with publication ethics guidance, including COPE:

Following this announcement, the manuscript template has been adjusted to reflect the updated Authorship, AI Policy, Data Availability, and Research Ethics requirements. These changes will be applied gradually, starting with the current issue and continuing in subsequent issues.

We are pleased to announce the update of the template for the Journals
POLICY, LAW, NOTARY AND REGULATORY ISSUES for Volume 4.
