Portal Riset dan Inovasi Pengabdian Masyarakat is an open-access journal published by Transpublika Publisher. The journal’s operating costs are all supported by the article publication fees paid by authors.
Publication fees and other financial matters are completely independent of editorial decisions. Payment does not guarantee acceptance, publication, a Letter of Acceptance (LoA), or any particular editorial outcome.

Article Submission: there is no charge for submitting a manuscript or for peer review.
Article Publication: if your paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay the article publication fee to cover publication costs. The fee is required only for manuscripts that have completed the editorial and peer review process and have been accepted. It does not influence reviewer recommendations, editorial assessment, or the decision to accept or reject a manuscript.

Waiver

Authors with financial hardship may request a fee waiver or reduction by contacting the Editorial Office. Each request is considered individually and does not affect editorial evaluation, peer review, or the final decision.

 

Withdrawal and Post-Publication Changes

Author-initiated withdrawal. Authors may withdraw a manuscript by sending a written request with the reason to the Editorial Office. There is no charge for withdrawing a manuscript before it has been accepted for publication. If an author withdraws a manuscript after it has been accepted for publication, a withdrawal fee equal to the Article Publication Fee (IDR 750,000) will be charged, because the journal has already used editorial, review, and production resources.
The withdrawal fee does not apply where withdrawal is required because of verified scientific, ethical, legal, authorship, or research integrity concerns, after editorial assessment. Withdrawal because the same manuscript was submitted to or accepted by another journal may be a breach of publication ethics and will be handled under the Research Misconduct and Post-Publication Policy. The fee is separate from, and does not replace, any editorial or ethical action.

Post-publication corrections. The journal does not charge fees for post-publication corrections requested by authors.
Fees or payment status never determine whether an expression of concern, retraction, removal, replacement, correction, or any other action to protect the scholarly record is taken.

 

Subscription Fee

Transekonomika is a fully open-access journal. It provides immediate and unrestricted access to published content under the journal’s license (see Copyright and License) and does not charge readers a subscription fee.

 

Funding and Editorial Independence

The journal is managed and published by Transpublika Publisher. Its operating costs are supported by article publication fees. Authors, funders, sponsors, the publisher, and other financial contributors do not influence individual editorial decisions. Decisions are made independently by the Editorial Team based on scholarly quality, peer review results, editorial assessment, publication ethics, and journal policies. Payment, non-payment, or any other financial matter must not determine reviewer recommendations, acceptance, rejection, correction, retraction, or any other editorial decision.
