Mosques are socio-religious entities that serve as centers of worship, education, and community interaction. However, Masjid Al-Ikhlas Kalirejo, Lawang still relies on conventional media such as verbal announcements and physical bulletin boards, resulting in limited reach and poor documentation of activities. This community service project aims to implement the digitalization of mosque information services through the development of an official website. The website features a mosque profile page, photo gallery, and Islamic articles, designed using a User-Centered Design approach for cross-device compatibility. The development methodology follows the Waterfall model, consisting of: (1) needs analysis through interviews and direct observation; (2) system and interface design; (3) front-end and back-end implementation using open-source frameworks; (4) functional and usability testing; and (5) training and handover to mosque administrators. The website has been actively used by mosque administrators as the official information platform. A user satisfaction survey involving mosque administrators and worshipers yielded an average score of 4.36 out of 5, with the highest rating on the item “Would recommend to others” (4.6) and the lowest on “Routine content updates” (3.8). This implementation is expected to serve as a replicable model of mosque digitalization in the local context to strengthen the role of the mosque in community empowerment. The findings imply that participatory website development combined with structured administrator training constitutes an effective and replicable strategy for sustainable mosque digitalization, and can be adopted by other community-based organizations seeking to modernize their information services.
