Transformasi Tata Kelola Koperasi Melalui Implementasi Good Cooperative Governance dan Digitalisasi Keuangan pada Koperasi Kabupaten Blitar

Cooperatives face various institutional problems, particularly weak governance, low financial literacy among administrators, and financial record-keeping systems that are still carried out manually. This community service activity aims to strengthen cooperative governance through the implementation of Good Cooperative Governance (GCG) and the digitalization of cooperative financial reporting. The implementation method was carried out participatively through the stages of preliminary study, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), training, mentoring, and program evaluation. The activities carried out included the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP), management and cooperative accounting training, and the implementation of a digital financial recording system. The results of the activity show an increase in administrators’ understanding of cooperative governance, the preparation of institutional SOPs, and increased efficiency, transparency, and accountability in cooperative financial management. This program contributes to encouraging a more professional, adaptive, and sustainable cooperative transformation. This contribution supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) through the strengthening of governance, human resource capacity building, and the utilization of digital technology in cooperative management.
