The Journal of Management, Accounting, General Finance, and International Economic Issues (MARGINAL) was established on September 1, 2021, under the leadership of Dr. Madziatul Churiyah, M.M.

The first issue, Vol. 1 No. 1 (2021): December, was published on December 27, 2021.

However, beginning with Vol. 2 No. 2 (2023): June, we introduced a new template that incorporated an open access logo in the paper's header.

As of January 20, 2022, the ISSN (Print) 2809-9222 was successfully registered, and on January 13, 2022, the ISSN (Online) 2809-8013 was also successfully registered.

In December 2021, MARGINAL was included in the GARUDA index.

By April 2022, MARGINAL was registered with Crossref.

By May 2022, MARGINAL had obtained a DOI (Document of Index) and started from Volume 1 Issue 1 2021, the journal only accepts manuscripts in English.

Starting from Volume 2 Issue 1 2022, the Editorial board has been expanded to include members from various countries (Indonesia, Romania, Turkey, Iraq). Currently, 27 reviewers from different countries, including Indonesia, the Philippines, China, Pakistan, and Iran, are involved in the review process.

The Journal of Management, Accounting, General Finance, and International Economic Issues (MARGINAL) are now preparing to be indexed on Sinta and DOAJ.
