Transpublika Publisher is responsible for the institutional and administrative support of ROMEO. This includes providing and maintaining the journal’s publishing infrastructure, website, and other services needed to keep the journal publishing continuously.

Journal Management

The scholarly and editorial management of ROMEO is carried out by the Editorial Team under the leadership of the Editor-in-Chief. The Editorial Team is responsible for managing manuscript submissions, peer review, editorial evaluation, publication decisions, and the implementation of the journal’s editorial and publication policies.

Peer reviewers give independent scholarly evaluations of submitted manuscripts in line with the journal’s Peer Review Process and Publication Ethics.

Editorial Independence

Ownership of the journal does not give the owner authority over individual editorial decisions. Decisions to accept, revise, or reject manuscripts, and appropriate post-publication actions on published articles, are made by the Editor-in-Chief and/or designated editors. These decisions are based on scholarly merit, peer review outcomes, research integrity, and compliance with the journal’s editorial policies.

The publisher does not interfere with the independent evaluation of individual manuscripts and does not require editors to make decisions for commercial, institutional, personal, or other non-scholarly reasons.
